GDC Technics, an industry leader in aircraft engineering & technical services, modifications, electronic systems, R&D, government services, and MRO services, announced the arrival of a B777-300 aircraft at the company’s AFW hangar location.
After completing a full sanitization process, the wide-body aircraft was taxied into the GDC Technics hangar at the end of April. The B777 will undergo a maintenance check, which is scheduled to be completed by the GDC Technics team in the next 60 days. Following the maintenance completion, GDC will then work to complete an interior reconfiguration of the aircraft.
“GDC Technics is delighted to extend our relationship with this customer by providing our maintenance services for this aircraft,” said Brad Foreman, CEO of GDC Technics. “We are proud to offer full MRO operations and capabilities at GDC Technics, which allows us to quickly, completely, and safely turn an aircraft in need of services,” added Foreman.
This B777 marks the second arrival of an aircraft coming to GDC Technics for MRO services within a two-month period. The company expects multiple more arrivals of aircraft for similar services throughout 2020.
