October 8th, 2021 – Fort Worth, Texas — GDC Technics announced today the new corporate structure for its business going into 2022. The company has two operating divisions under the GDC Technics, LLC corporate banner.

“GDC Technics is back stronger than ever. Throughout the last six months we worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for our employees, our creditors, and our customers. We are thankful for everyone who was involved in this fantastic outcome,” stated Mohammed Alzeer, Chairman of GDC Technics.

Alzeer added “We are also very confident that with our new equity shareholders, Mammoth Freighter LLC (a Fortress Investment company), and our new strategic direction, we will change the industry landscape.”

The first operating division for the company, GDC Aviation Services LLC, consolidates its MRO, VVIP conversion, specialty aircraft and freighter conversion operations under a single division. This will be headquartered at the Fort Worth Alliance facility and is forecasted to grow to over 400 people in the next two years. GDC has delivered over 85 VVIP and Head of State aircraft and has extensive experience in modifications, repair and overhaul work. The Passenger to Freighter market is one of the fastest growing markets, and with the Mammoth Freighter LLC investment, GDC Aviation Services forecasts over one hundred B777 conversions in the coming decade. Coupling the Mammoth investment with GDC’s world class facilities and expansion plans will bring a decided market advantage. GDC CEO, Brad Foreman, said “we are extremely excited with the opportunities that Mammoth Freighters brings to the market and we envision we could have more than six conversion lines up and running very soon at our Alliance Fort Worth facility.”

The second operating division for the company is GDC Advanced Technologies, LLC, which centers on GDC’s high-performance aero connectivity solutions. GDC Advanced Technologies will capitalize on the success of its Falcon 300 platform (delivered in partnership with Inmarsat), by expanding and integrating to an even broader range of aircraft hardware and software platforms. Through these extensions, the company will deliver on the promise of the “fully connected, smart cabin.” This GDC business will also be based in Fort Worth, Texas, leveraging the company’s significant production, testing, and logistics capabilities. In addition, the GDC Advanced Technology business will continue to extend its team in other locations, both domestic and abroad. With momentum surrounding the Inmarsat‐based Falcon 300 product, coupled with a re‐energized aviation sector, the company expects this to be its fastest growing business thru 2024, employing up to 125 people. “The fusion of our new investor group, partnerships, and technology roadmap positions us to capitalize on an exciting market added Tracy Trent, President ‐ GDC Advanced Technologies.

With its new investors and diverse business segments, GDC is poised to expand in the fastest growing segments of the aerospace sector. The new structure and talented work force are working aggressively to continue to deliver the highest value to their worldwide customers.
